I am trying to conceive since a year and a half since my right tube is functioning normally but no pregnancy till now

Before determining if you need IVF they should be looking at all your fertility factors. Just having one functioning tube is not a reason to have IVF in itself. But with the time you have been trying, even with one tube, you need a full evaluation from a real fertility specialist.
