I have an average cycle of 23-26 days. This cycle I am on 50mg Clomid from days 3-7. I had an u/s today on day 9, and I had a 30mm follicle on the left ovary and a 17mm & 13mm follicle on the left ovary. My endometrial lining was 5.5. They have told me to take my Ovidrel shot tonight and come in 36 hours later for my IUI. My questions are, (1) is a 30mm follicle abnormal, and can it produce a healthy egg? (2) Will my endometrial lining be able to thicken to at least 6mm prior to the IUI? I was concerned it might be too thin for implantation.

30 mm is not abnormal for. Clomipene cycle. Clomiphene follicles are generally larger t maturity.

The endometrium thickness is based on the measurement on the day of trigger and in fact it may get thinner under the influence of progesterone. Nothing you can do about it now but this cycle could still work. If not they may want to modify your next cycle protocol.
