medicated FET and endometriosis

Hello, I have stage 4 endometriosis (had 2 surgeries already - one in August 2014 and the other one in February 2015). In April 2015, I went through my first IVF with a 5-day embryo (ICSI, assisted hatching). Long stimulation protocol was used. It ended without success. In the next cyle, the uterus lining was fine, but there was no dominant follicle, so my physician decided against performing FET in that cycle. Rather, I should go through a wholly medicated cyle soon (estrogen at the beginning, progesteron added later) to enable FET. I am afraid that the estrogen contained in the medicated cyle might worsen the situation with my endometriosis. What is your opinion on the safety of this procedure for me? Is the risk involved big? Thanks a lot for your reply! Nina
P.S. I am 35 and I have no children yet.

The short duration of estrogen usually has no adverse effect on endometriosis and a pregnancy would have a positive effect.

A cycle of birth control pills before the FET cycle is helpful.
