Re: low AMH high FSH age 41 -- any chances?
It's not promising but does not mean that there is no chance. An aggressive stimulation protocol, taking any embryos produced to blastocyst and doing PGS is the only way to get a definitive answer, especially after your history of a miscarriage after the FET and the Down Syndrome. Re: Want to conceive ASAP
Something is going on here because by luck alone (good or bad) at your ages you should have conceived by now. There is no semen analysis in the information you sent. You need to see a good fertility specialist because I would not consider the advice you got from the one you saw as reasonable without...

Re: PCOS
Your difficulty concieving may have nothing to do with the previous diagnosis of PCOS. At your age with regular cycles and properly timed intercourse you should get pregnant quickly. I don't know how long you have been "trying" but if you're concerned it's time to see a fertility specialis...

Re: Can I become pregnant with those levels
The chance for your numbers and age depend on the exact results so that's something the fertility specialist can tell you after the evaluation is complete. There is really nothing you can do about the reserve but the specialist can help you make the most of what you do have. Just don't wait-go see t...

Re: Can I become pregnant with those levels
Even if it was day 4, 481 is much too high. If that was the level on Day 4 you may be starting an ovarian reserve problem with alternating cycles of high FSH with high levels of E2. That's sometimes how it starts. The day of the cycle does not depend on how many day of bleeding. It's how many days s...

Re: Can I become pregnant with those levels
This result is probably invalid. The test must be done on the second or third day of a normal menstrual cycle and for the FSH to be valid, the E2 has to be below 80. A result so high would usually be because of incorrect timing or some other cause of high estrogen such as pregnancy. If this is repea...

Re: Fertility after 40
I wish I could give you better news, but you said it yourself, "the chances of conceiving are low." I would recommend you see a real fertility specialist and let the doctor assess your ovarian reserve to see if this is worth pursuing. The option that will be open for you for some time is e...

Re: Egg Freezing Success Rates
The cold, hard facts are in your favor. When eggs are frozen before age 39, thawing and fertilizing eight eggs results in about a 50% pregnancy rate. When you freeze at age 33-35 the rate of those eggs resulting in an embryo with chromosomal abnormalities is fairly low. Your RPMG doctor can give the...

Re: Egg retrieval for surrogacy while on immunosuppressive drugs
I wish I could give you advice on this but I do not have any experience with this difficult situation. And I do not know of anyone that has enough experience with this to counsel you.

Unfortunately I cannot comment of the details of protocols here or give specific advice.
