regarding thyroid function

Dear Dr,
I am 18 Weeks pregnant. Before conceiving I was on 100mcg thyronorm tablet. After I conceived dose was increased upto 175mcg with regular TSH monitoring. Now when TSH was tested at 18 Weeks its value is 0.23 which is below normal. Is this result correct ??? Can the value reduce at this point of pregnancy with the same dosage 175mcg tablet with which TSH could be maintained at normal level 6 Weeks back??? Please reply..
