I was wondering if you could tell me what a grade C endometrium pattern is? Does the grading change from day to day during a cycle?

Hi:
There are differences of opinion of the value of grading the endometrium.
Most grade it from A to C. C is supposedly the best-a 3-layer pattern. A is an amorphous appearance and B is in between. People made a lot of this ten years ago. Not so much now.
