Implantation or two week early period???
Implantation or two week early period???
I had an hsg done on day 8 and everything was clear (thank god!) then I got a positive ovulation test on day 9 (super early for me). Then on day 15 I started bleeding. It was lighter than my period but still pretty red....lasted for about 3.5 days and turned dark brown at the end. My cycles are always between 27-31 days so a 15 day cycle is unheard of in my life. Could this be implantation even though it was reddish, a bit heavier than spotting, and lasted a few days? I am soooo confused and need your help!
Re: Implantation or two week early period???
I don't know of course but it sounds like the HSG might have caused the bleeding between what would be your normal cycle.
You'll just have to wait and see when your next one comes to know. If you don't get it at the expected time get a blood test for pregnancy.

Thank you! So it's possible to not have any bleeding until a week after the hsg and still have the hsg be the cause?

Could be or it could have disrupted the development of your egg for that cycle.

Is there any way it could be implantation?

Possible but not likely.
