I am a HIV positive man and I would like to have children.
I would like to pass my sperm and use a donor egg. I would be glad to get the embryo frozen until I have found a surrogate mother.
Will you be able to help me? If so, what is the approximate cost at your clinic?

My husband and I have been trying for about 18 months now and we still have no baby. I don't want to do IVF or anything like that. I'd like to stay natural if I can.

After 18 months of trying you should go to see a fertility specialist to see why you are not getting pregnant. There are lots of treatments that are not IVF.
