We currently believe that stress may play some role in some infertility as evidenced by improvement in IVF success rates with acupuncture and Mind-Body programs and the million stories we have all heard about women conceiving after they give up trying or go on vacation. So in conjunction with your fertility treatment some stress reduction techniques are not a bad idea, i.e. Mind-Body programs, acupuncture, light exercise, yoga.
