How can someone learn more about there genetic egg donor

My daughter is 21 and she has expressed interest in learning more about her genetic mother. I have very little information about the woman. It was a anonymous donation and I lost the picture I had of the woman years ago. Is there any loopholes in the system, to find out more information and Help my daughter learn more

Beyond the information you were originally given at the time I do not know that here is any mechanism to find out more information on an egg donor especially after 21 years.
