Pcos, high testosterone, failed iuis

Hi. Thanks for doing this. I have pcos and High testosterone which I am taking metformin. I do not get a period unless it is brought on by progesterone. I had a lap done in feb to clear blocked tubes, now they ate open, mild endometriosis and removed a polyp. I also failed two rounds of iui w follistim. When I was on follistim my did respond well but never got pregnant. Can you please help or suggest something please. Thanks

Hi:

I really can't give advice here but it sounds like you are on the right track.

At this point with two failed cycles of Follistim with IUI and "cleared blocked tubes" my ouija board says that IVF would be a recommendation very soon.

I really can't give that kind of specific advice here.

A general rule that if any treatment does not work in three cycles, it's time to move on.
