Confused on choices..
My fiance` has had a vasectomy for 13 years, I have had my tubal for 9 years. We want to have a baby together but want to know what our options are and what would be cheapest. I am 31 he is 34. Please help..

Hi:
Conventional treatment would require that both of you have surgery; vas reversal and a tubal reversal. Both those procedures would probably cost more than IVF with a PESA to obtain sperm for ICSI and the conventional treatment would have a lower success rate.
So IVF with PESA and ICSI would be the best way to proceed. You can check out our Services pages.
