There is no one right answer.
Insurance benefits are usually selected by the employer so there is no one insurance that one can cite as having the best coverage because it depends on your location as well.
Depending on how you buy insurance, i.e. employer, individual plan, union, etc.,you need to investigate all your options with your insurance advisor.
