My wife and i have been ttc for over a year now. She has no problem conceiving but the pregnancy is not sustaining for more than 6 weeks, she has gone through miscarriage 3 times all at 6 weeks pregnancy. We did all tests possible including hsg, karytype etc.. All are normal.
Her gyn has no idea whats going on. Please advise

That's a very frustrating situation but not all that uncommon.
I would recommend you see a reproductive endocrinologist to make sure all the pertinent tests have been done and if they have we sometimes recommend IVF with preimplantation genetic screening (PGS) as some couples make a high proportion of chromosomally abnormal embryos and since chromosomal abnormalities are the most common reason for miscarriage, this may a way to avoid another miscarriage.
