Options After Vasectomy

Hi, I'm hoping for some help!

My husband had a vasectomy about 8 years ago. Now we want to have a baby. It will be my 1st. I'm in my early 30s, with no known fertility issues. What are our options other than a reversal for him? I've read a little about sperm extraction, is it possible to do that with IUI in our situation?

The procedure after a vasectomy is usually a PESA, a percutaneous sperm aspiration. It only provides enough sperm for use with IVF; not enough for IUI.
