IUI Sessions . . .what's next?

Hi,
we have been with RP since November 2014 and we have had two IUIs that were unsuccessful. When I was there for an u/s last week I asked Dr. A. what's next. She said they typically do three IUIs and move on to more aggressive treatments. In the brief time I had with her she explained what typically happens. Is there anything else I can be doing for this next IUI to be more successful? I have my trigger shot, just waiting for a surge either tomorrow or Sunday. I'm 34 and my husband is 42. We have been trying for two years, had a miscarriage within the first 3 months of trying back in December 2012. We are considered 'unexplained infertility.'

There is really nothing you can do to make this upcoming IUI more successful except try to make your timing ideal and have a one to two day interval between your husband's ejaculations.
