"Plowing of uterus"

Hello,
I was told yesterday i had a "thinea" or "thin a" uterus and to help with this I need to have a procedure done called "plowing" to expose the vessels again in the uterus. I have had 2 failed PGS cycles and 1 failed fresh day 3 cycle. He also mentioned i have an hour glass uterus which is critical when it comes to placement of embryo. This is the first i heard
Of this also.

I have not heard this before from any doctors, how can doctors see my uterus so differently? What is know about plowing the uterus with a hysteroscopy(X-ray)? Risks? Benefits? Thank you!

Issues in the uterus can be adhesions, polyps, fibroids, septa, synchronization of implantation window and poor response to progesterone.

I don't know what they mean by "plowing" but it does not sound kosher to me.
