houston, my sperm have a problem

hi , i'm 29 - moderate smoker - over weight and losing weight currently , and did sperm analysis found this :

concentration (million/ml) : 0.90
count/ejaculate (million): 2.16
progressive motility % : 35.30
motile ratio % : 58.80

is that curable ? if curable will it be a hard case that needs certain doctor or any doctor i go to will be able to help?

You need to see a urologist who specializes in male fertility. You also need to stop smoking even though that is probably not the reason for the low count. It's great that you are losing weight.

Even if they cannot improve the count it is something we can work with. Hopefully the urologist can find a reversible cause and get your count back to normal.
