Trying to get pregnant.
Trying to get pregnant.
My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for almost 2 years. Ever since being off the pill, my periods have been irregular. My cycles range anywhere from 27-33 days. I never know when the best time is for ovulation. I have had an HSG test and my tubes are not blocked. I was 6 days late on my period and then started. I showed no signs of pregnancy, nor did I show signs of menstration. I am so confused and frustrated and I am not sure how to proceed. It seems like all my friends are either pregnant or have just had babies and this is the one thing I want and I can't have it. I have done one round of Clomid and my husband already has 2 kids. Where do I start?
Re: Trying to get pregnant.
Hi:
If after two years of not knowing when you are ovulating and the doctor who ordered the HSG and has given you one round of Clomid is not helping with at least that, it's time for you to see a real fertility specialist.
It's also time for some other tests to be done if they have not been done already and move you into some form of treatment to get this process moving.
Good luck.
